[Spce-user] R: Force RTP to flow always through Sipwise

Yes, I found it but I thought it was necessary to select "Always as rtpproxy as unique ICE candidate" on the box menu in order to get it forced.

I'll try to manage some setups during my tests, since my network is a bit...exotic :P

btw, have a look at the Domain/Subscriber/Peer preferences "use_rtpproxy" for this purpose.
