[Spce-user] Security Bans

Hi,

 

We have been having a lot of automatic security bans lately and it is
causing problems for our users.  Is there a way to change or tweak the
ban settings to keep it from banning users and ban IP addresses instead?
Also, is there a way to whitelist certain IP addresses permanently?  I
am using version 3.7.1.
