[Spce-user] Difference between "trusted sources" and "allowed_ips"

short question: 

what is the difference between "trusted sources" and "allowed_ips" and "man_allowed_ips" in subscriber preferences ? 

sounds for me simply the same. 



BTW: For what is the expand group "Groups"?
