[Spce-user] Permanent registrations not surviving reboots

Hello,

Running NGCP CE 8.4.3

It seems that subscriber's permanent registration are not permanent across
reboots.
Is this an expected behaviour ?
Shouldn't they stick in the database ?

Also,
Anyone could share what would be the correct R-URI to force traffic for
permanent registration to go out via TCP ?
