[Spce-user] Adding an alias to a subscriber deletes specific existing set of alias

I added a few entries manually while we waited for bugfix. Can I apply this
patch leaving this numbers in there or I need to remove them manually from
the database before updating?

Like this:

insert into provisioning.voip_dbaliases (username, domain_id,
subscriber_id, is_primary) values('17875587454', 3, 8, 0);
