[Spce-user] stop a sip session using Sipwise NGCP API

Hi,

I am using Sipwise NGCP API. Is there a way to close a registered sip session? My use case is that it needs to change the sip password periodically for security. Before do the change, it is safer to tear down the registered sip session.
