[Spce-user] About billing

Hi!
Thanks for a quick answer.
I’ve just created a first test customer/subscriber according to handbook,
but billing profile were changed to prepaid. And with customer I can make
calls, that are not in billing fees, they just didn’t counting. No billing
zone or so.
