[Spce-user] Can't connect to 127.0.0.1:1442 (certificate verify failed)

Hi,

It has been addressed long time ago and backported to mr4.4.1 in a
safest way: A new option "ssl_verify_loopback" is introduced in
config.yml and it is 'no' by default, causing all requests from
interfaces starting with "lo" or "dummy" to skip the verify.

You can switch it to 'yes' to skip certificate validation on loopback.
