[Spce-user] Concurrent max calls exceeded for callee

Hello,

We do simple call forwards. Cf works again normally now after restarting redis...
But i believe it has something to do with the "db lost" problem i repost today in a orher topic.

No the audio messages also didn't work before the upgrade. :/ any idea?
