[Spce-user] System Statistics stopped working

Hello,

Getting back to this old issue... Back to basics.
- I installed a clean 3.8.3. Stats working ok.
- Changed default timezone from Europe/Vienna to GMT. Stats stopped
working...

Followed sugestion of deleting RRD files to allow regeneration...
