[Spce-user] rtpengine control protocol

Is there any implementation of rtpengine client (Like kamalio module)
written in python or perl?

I want to use it in Freeswitch as some experiment. I saw this issue in list
https://github.com/sipwise/rtpengine/issues/30 which indicates there is
something like this but not sure if its public.
