[Spce-user] event export path

Hi all

Running 3.8.x I see event files are exported to cdr-exporter path but not
inside their own dir or not creating subfolders as normal cdrs do. I think the
exporter should honor cdrexport-monthly_flder and cdrexport.daily_folder
preferences.
