[Spce-user] rewrite rules applied out of the blue (well seemingly)

Hi

Our 2.8 lts seems to apply rewrite rules that do not apply for an account.
In the log I see Applying callee-out peer rewrite rules to called party
using dpid '28'

Yet there are no rewrite rules set for the domain or for the user. How
would I check why it thinks it should apply those rules?
