[Spce-user] Rings once, then disconnects!

Hi

I have a new install and have been making my way through the guide - so far so good (got a little bit confused on one step where I think there is a misprint - is there somewhere I can email?).

I have set up the reseller, user and subscriber - I can ring and interact with voicemail fine.

Next up, I set up my carrier, and this is where things got weird.

If I try to ring my landline number, I get one ring and then a missed call pretty fast. If I try my mobile number, it takes about ~3-4 seconds (usual mobile connection time) then my mobile rings once and it then disconnects again.

I've tried to do diagnostics - I selected both legs of the call and made a quick picture: http://i.imgur.com/PzJF0Y5.jpg

I've looked in Kamilio-proxy.log and I think it is related to the following. I did tail -f, and, I have pasted the lines that come up after I hear ring tones on the sip phone, but before the ringer happens on the actual PSTN phone:

I am used to errors on first connection and having to redo/change headers, but, I have never seen a connection that rings and then immediately hangs up! I am not sure what is wrong here. Can anyone point me in the right direction/what log files should I be looking at or what I should be checking next?
