[Spce-user] Subscriber VM

Can you describe your client set up?

I'm assuming there is another firewall involved between the internet and
the spce.

Something like this:

SPCE - Buffalo Router - Internet - Router #2 - Client X

I'm interested in what router #2 is and what type of client you are
connecting.

Thanks,

Bill

My Router is Buffalo WZR-HP-AG300H , DD-WRT, it has SIP Proxy setting,
but its Disabled.

Also, I started an instance on AWS Amazon to see if it would work, but
the same issue exist - No Audio.
same ports are forwarded.

What kind of router are you using? I have seen cases where the router
is passing the right ports but may not be using consistent NAT and will
cause this loss of audio through the firewall issue.

The first place to look would be to see if the router support consistent
NAT. Also, be sure it isn't performing any kind of VOIP proxying.
Often this is called SIP-ALG.

Good luck!

Bill

Still have not found a resolution for this issue ...

No Audio - I get Audio Only when the Softphone is on the same LAN as
SPCE.
When I take the Soft phone off LAN to a public network, I connect (
register) okay, When I dial 2000 ( VM) I get no audio
also calling another subscriber, still no Audio.

I have my Router ports forwarded to the SPCE , (TCP)5060, 443, 1080,
2443 (UDP5060, 10000-20000

Hi,
make sure your client is using a PCMA codec, otherwise Asterisk cannot
prompt any sounds.

	Hi All,

I have a new install of SPCE Mr4.1.1 , I have began the initial
setup of Contacts, Domain, Subscriber, Sound sets and rewites.
I assigned the sound set to the reseller and Domain.

I register with my soft phone, dial 2000 and get dead air. no
sound or anything.

	what am I doing wrong?
