Yes, it only manifested itself with trusted sources. Fixed by  using
"^sip:.*@domain\.com" in the From-Pattern to make sure they used the
correct settings.

Glad to hear it is fixed now - just in the process of organizing out PRO
upgrade to latest LTS relase :-)
