[Spce-user] Rate-o-mat Missing Billing DB User

Hi community,

I have a spce 2.8 version and billing status is unrated. If I run command rate-o-mat restart I have this error:
Missing billing DB user setting. at /usr/sbin/rate-o-mat line 33.

Log of /var/log/ngcp/rate-o-mat.log:

It seems that can be a problem with MySQL but I don't know how solve this. I restarted the server but the problem persist.

Any idea?
