[Spce-user] Billings and subscribers… Can’t get

Hi!
A bit newbie question about billing and fees.
Idea - make a test environment to understand how billing and fees work (a
bit step out of handbook manual)
1. Make a test billing profile http://prntscr.com/buf2to
2. Make a fee there http://prntscr.com/buf31u http://prntscr.com/buf45z
3. Assign a customer to this profile http://prntscr.com/buf3dd
4. Assign SIP peering to this billing profile http://prntscr.com/buf6xj
4. Make a call through this customer subscriber
5. In CDR I see no billing zones info, and, as a result - no billing info
on it. http://prntscr.com/buf4mb

In call routing verification tool I can’t see any info related to billing.
What am I missing?
