[Spce-user] Weird behaviour when concurrent call limit is applied

Great! I think it's an important issue since I have to be sure that customers will not steal voice traffic, but I'm also to be sure that their operativity is granted.

So, in the meanwhile, I'm gonna leave it unconfigured.

Hi,
Cases that cause unexpected concurrent max limit calls is a well known issue.
What I suggest is to update to the latest mr3.8.6LTS, which contains some improvements, even though there are still some cases where the counters are not decreased properly.
We are still investigating it and trying to solve it once for all.

Cheers,

Daniel

Hi,

When I apply a concurrent call limit per account at domain-level, I get calls
randomly locked (the customer gets a SIP error where Sipwise says that
Concurrent calls limit has been reached), while I surely now that customer
can't reach that limit.

It seems that concurrent call limit at domain level doesn't count calls as it
should. I also tried to limit outbound calls per account only, but I get the
same problem.

I'm using sipwise mr3.8.5

How could it be solved?

It's a known issue. I've found it several times, as many other people in the
list has. Check the list history for related topics.

Not sure, but I don't think it's solved.
