[Spce-user] Generate Ringback tone and 183 when receiving 180 ?

Hi,

Running CE 3.8.5:

Some PBX’es (including asterisk) have a broken implementation of 180, and don’t generate ringback to the endpoints.

When those users call off-net, all works well because 183 comes back and the ringing is in-band.

When users call on-net to other users, they typically get 180 back, and then silence until the destination picks up the call.  This is undesirable.

Is there a way to tweak Sipwise to generate ringback and 183, instead of 180 ?
