[Spce-user] Redis counter in mr4.1.1

Hi all,

	We are running mr4.1.1 version and we have known issue with
redis counters. Someitmes some counters aren't reduced and the
subscriber can't make outgoing calls due limits. I'm not sure if this
bug is solved in mr4.3.1( MT#16959 Redis counters are not descreased)
but I wnat to know if it is possible to solved this bug in mr4.1.1
version.
