if all your cdr's show rating_status='ok', they all have been
successfully rated by rate-o-mat. the messages in your log are just
warnings, and there is no abnormal rate-o-mat exit. be aware its
daemonized and runs as a system service.

your calls seem to be correctly rated with 0.00cents, according to your
fee setup. so if you want non-zero costs, check your fees, in particular
the init and follow rates. its described in very detail in the handbook.
