table location manualy before the upgrade.

It is important to do not have duplicate ruid fields
in kamailio.location table. They are identica for the same
subscriber like 'ulcx-574e08e5-1178-1' while after upgrade
they should be different, like
'ulcx-574e08e5-1178-1'
'ulcx-574e08e5-1178-2'
'ulcx-574e08e5-1178-3'

So you need to correct the lst octet, mainly.

Otherwise you have to wait for the fix in ngcp-upgrade.
