Hi,

1) it looks very similar to

2) please share content of /etc/ngcp_version and
/etc/sipwise_ngcp_version files from VM

Please ensure you are using latest mr3.8.5 LTS release or mr4.2.1
BTW, which kind of VM you are using: VMware, VirtualBox, Amazon
instance? How did you get it?
