Tried the upgrade again. Tripwire seems to be the culprite:

===
Setting up tripwire (2.4.2.2-4) ...
dpkg: error processing tripwire (--configure):
 subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 30
Errors were encountered while processing:
 tripwire
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
ERROR: the step 'mr4.2/handle_apt_upgrade' failed, upgrade aborted!
Please fix the root of the issue and restart 'ngcp-upgrade'
(see error details in log file /tmp/upgrade.log ).
