Hi,
could you please describe in a few words what exactly you have configured?
This log message:

suggests that preferences allowed_ips or man_allowed_ips have blocked
the call because source IP is not allowed.
But for the IP-based authentication typically all you need to do is add
trusted IP in the "Trusted Sources".
If you want to further tighten the security with allowed_ips or
man_allowed_ips, make sure you are adding the correct source IP there.
