[Spce-user] rate-o-mat stop working after "Redirect from UAC intercepted"

Hello,

i did this before.. there was definitly no old unrated CDRs inside and if I did a testcall again, I have the same problem.

I did this, and like you also see, the rewrite rule is working fine and dropping the "+" but it is still in the log...

ok so it comes down to seeing a log entry of successfully applying the rewrite rule for the callee, but the destination_user_in column still shows the original sip uri, and none of your fees matches.

the question is, if the current rewrite rule setup was in charge for any unrated cdrs so far. you could you check that by looking for / dropping old unrated cdrs for destination_user_in = '+436767010111', and placing a fresh test call after that, to see if it is rated.

another suggestion is to use kirill's new rewrite rule tester in the panel UI, to see what sup uri's really result when applying rewrite rule sets. i suggest to verify for your 436767010111 -> +436767010111 scenario.
