[Spce-user] call diversion

[Marek Červenka]

inbound_uprn in the peer settings can be only changed from "none" to "received diversion"


actual settings is

peer

outbound_diversion: UPRN
inbound_uprn: received diversion

domain

outbound_diversion: UPRN

inbound_uprn: forwarders NPN


and the problem is still persist

p.s. spce is mr4.3.1
