[Spce-user] New install

Hi,
as a guess, this might be caused by the untested package I've put on
Wednesday. On Friday the problem was localized and fixed, so try
running apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade && ngcpcfg apply
I hope that fixes the problem and sorry for the inconvenience.
