Have you performed a “ngcpcfg” apply on the Sipwise server to see if that refreshed the cache?

No, SIPWISE is the client. This is not someone registering to us, it is sipwise sending peer credentials out to, well a peer.

Thanks - its the other way around though. Sipwise is sending to the wrong IP (the domain is defined in the peer settings in preferences of an account with peer_auth_user / pass /domain.

If the peer is Asterisk based, you sometimes have to update the sip.conf file to reflect the new IP address.  If it is FreePBX based, you can do this in the Advanced Sip Configuration menu.

Hi

 

A peer changed its underlying ip. DNS updated and resolves fine yet sipwise is still sending the calls to the old ip? It must have this record somewhere and is failing to update it somehow but I fail to see where.

 

Any ideas?
