[Spce-user] Subscriptor Call History again

Hi Jon,

	but We have calls with this costs:

source_user: TFNO34873400701
    destination_user: 34675263962
            duration: 249.783
source_customer_cost: 0.145000
             call_id: 5146c906-71f4-4242-8286-0a136041b17f

the precision is decimal and I think that web portal must be show, iot
isn't?
