[Spce-user] Input validation bug

Hi

Small one - got a client who wanted 50 DDIs, I know/thought you could do masking/ranges - I tried adding the range as 0xxxxxxx-0xxxxxxx In the Master Data > E164 Number, and, instead of coming up with a validation error, it went to the web crash screen and asking me to report it.
