It looks like the mediator is from version mr4.4 or mr4.5 as it has
lnp.. What's the output of dpkg -s ngcp-mediator? And cat
/etc/apt/sources.list.d/sipwise.com?

If the mediator can not parse the acc record it moves it to acc_trash.
