[Spce-user] Installation Issues 4.5.5 LTS

Hi,

I am installing a new system using Debian 8 netinstall and the installer script for 4.5.5LTS, but am getting this error:

E: Failed to fetch https://deb.sipwise.com/spce/mr4.5.5/pool/main/n/net-snmp/libsnmp30_5.7.3+dfsg-1.3~bpo8+1_amd64.deb  GnuTLS recv error (-9): A TLS packet with unexpected length was received.

E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

This causes the install to fail. Is there a known issue with the repository?
