[Spce-user] Question about fallback SIP codes.

hi, I install  mr5.4.1   in one  dedicate server in the cloud, wen finish
and I change the ip address, I have root connection but, not GUI  the
server say this       Error: tt2-daemon cannot load
/etc/ngcp-config/config.yml:    how I can correct this, thankyou
