[Spce-user] 502 Bad Gateway

How big is your csv? If ist a timeout problem, you could increase the fastcgi_read_timeout parameters in the nginx config.

 

Ist he ngcp webapp running properly, what does it show in the logs?

 

Another idea is to check the nginx logs for additional reasons.

im trying to upload a Csv with the fees and everytime that i try, i get this error:
