[Spce-user] Error 403 - Forbiden Bearer capability not authorized

You can find the list of banned ip addresses in the web panel under the
security tab or you can check the log using
ngcp-kamctl lb fifo sht_dump ipban

If it's not listed here make sure your credentials are correct for the
subscriber as the response can also be that username or password or both
are incorrect.
