[Spce-user] Strange behaviour by AVM Fritz!Box

Check also on the subscriber that you are sending the number in as e164
instead of sip username.
It's under number manipulations on the subscriber.
It's called e164_to_ruri. Tick this to send the DID number as opposed to
username on inbound calls.
