[Spce-user] Sipwise no charges Calls if Server no reboots

Hi,
you do not have fee for call to "7879576100" numbers.
Please fix it and be sure to have all the fees to cover all the possible 
dialed numbers.
Then restart rate-o-mat with: /etc/init.d/rate-o-mat restart
