[Spce-user] Editing a subscriber looses alias(es)? Pay for help?

We've been running into an issue the last few months where if we edit a subscriber, there's a chance that one (or more) aliases on the subscriber will disappear.   While this has only been a nuisance until recently, it's now proving to be a real problem given the number of subscribers/aliases we have.

Over the weekend I was able to get us upgraded from mr3.7.2 -> mr3.8.4, as I noted in this in the notes of both mr3.8.3 and mr3.8.4:


-          MT#14391 Fixed panel, prevent deletes certain alias numbers by mistake when editing subscriber

Is this truly addressed in mr3.8.4, or did it still exist until later builds.  Or perhaps I'm chasing a different issue?

Also, we would be willing to pay for support, and potentially entertain the idea of moving from sip:provider to a commercial version.   We are running everything in a VMware 6.0 environment, and would like to keep it that way.
