[Spce-user] Sems Error + hangup on Reinvite + Update

Hi all

Using NGCP 3.8.8 with Asterisk 11.21.0 as subscriber. 

Scenario is Call comes from peer to NGCP and to subscriber. Asterisk subscriber
send call to one extension who answers and transfers the call (blind transfer)
to other extension. Then NGCP hangs the call and the transfer is not completed. 

For NGCP, it's a REINVITE + UPDATE request. Sems sends an error:

[relaySip, AmB2BSession.cpp:872] ERROR:  dlg->reply() failed


I'm attaching a ngrep capture NGCP-Asterisk.


Any hint?
