[Spce-user] sip:provider CE as an SBC in front of Asterisk - Transfer Issue

Does anyone know of a good walkthrough for using sip:provider CE as an
SBC in front of asterisk?

 

I have it up and running on Amazon EC2 and everything is functioning
except for transferring calls.

 

I have read through both the handbook and the article below:

And cannot seem to get unstuck.
