Dear Koot,

Although changes were prepared, I didn't provide them into supported 
branches yet.

I just commit changes to the trunk:
https://github.com/sipwise/ngcp-panel/commit/337e027ae1ae03bddeb829f3497408c3914b5d12

So, answer on your question: no, the fix is not in the 5.3.1.
But it will be backported to all supported branches in the nearest days.
