[Spce-user] Invoice creation

Dear Koot,

Invoice generator uses `gs` if there is more than 25 pages. GS is used 
to join pages. Otherwise generator breaks memory limits.

Strange, that you system doesn't have gs. I will check it. On my current 
5.2 VM (root at sp1:~# ngcp-status --version
5.2.2.0+0~mr5.2.2.0+0~20170411090314.177) gs is presented.

As a solution you can install ghostscript package:

root at sp1:~# apt-cache policy ghostscript
ghostscript:
   Installed: 9.06~dfsg-2+deb8u5
