[Spce-user] Can't create customer

Hi,

I managed to resolve this and hope found root cause - looks like a bug to me.

Contact I tried to use for this customer for some reason was not linked to reseller(possible somewhere back in time it wasn't mandatory).
Even more - when I edited existing customer (strange but no err here) and set this contact - customer disappeared!
Unable to fix this via web - did directly in db. Changed reseller_id field for this contact from NULL to real one. After this old customer showed up again and I able to add the new one. No side effects I see so far.

One more thing: contact in question not displayed reseller form in edit mode while others does. After fixing db we can choose reseller in edit mode.
