[Spce-user] SIp header "Date"

Hi Sven,
in order to relay this header, you need to add it to the SEMS header
whitelist. For this, go into
/etc/ngcp-config/templates/etc/ngcp-sems/etc, copy
ngcp.sbcprofile.conf.tt2 to ngcp.sbcprofile.conf.customtt.tt2 and edit
the latter by adding Date at the end of header_list line. Repeat the
same with ngcp_cf.sbcprofile.conf.tt2. Execute ngcpcfg apply and re-test.
