Hi Guys,

We are running a mr4.5.4 version of SipWise,
yesterday we do a “apt-get update & apt-get upgrade” in our system,
and after a reboot the kamailio-lb & kamailio-proxy don’t start.

Here is the message that we see if I run it manually:
======
root at spce:/etc/init.d# /etc/init.d/kamailio-lb start
kamailio-lb not yet configured. Edit /etc/default/kamailio.lb first.
root at spce:/etc/init.d#
======

We check that some configuration files was modified with the date of apt-get upgrade
======
root at spce:~# ls -l /etc/init.d/kamailio*
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 6691 Feb 27 23:20 /etc/init.d/kamailio-lb
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 6731 Feb 27 23:20 /etc/init.d/kamailio-proxy
root at spce:~#
root at spce:~# ls -l /etc/default/kamailio*
-r--r--r-- 1 root root  169 Apr 13 21:15 /etc/default/kamailio
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root  169 Feb 27 23:20 /etc/default/kamailio-lb
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root  169 Feb 27 23:20 /etc/default/kamailio-proxy
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 1092 May 16 17:44 /etc/default/kamailio.lb
-r--r--r-- 1 root root 1093 May 16 17:44 /etc/default/kamailio.proxy
root at spce:~#
======

The question is to know how can I recover the modified files, without having to reinstall everything.

Also, we see that in the Dashboard the System Status say “All services running”, I suppose the SipWise is not able to check that Kamailio processes are down. I attach the kamailio-lb process stats whre I see that there’s no process.

I can confirm that the processes are not running:
======
root at spce:~# ps wax | grep -i kamailio
 3369 ?        Ss     0:00 /usr/bin/mediator -D /var/run/mediator.pid -i 10 -h localhost -o 3306 -u kamailio -p jfHHF9oggMdwzyAXhTMt -b kamailio -H localhost -O 3306 -U mediator -P AbuHsareiPs4ppEUbJVf -B accounting -S localhost -T 3306 -R mediator -A AbuHsareiPs4ppEUbJVf -N provisioning -Z localhost -z 3306 -W mediator -w AbuHsareiPs4ppEUbJVf -X stats -x 1 -d
 8791 pts/4    S+     0:00 grep -i kamailio
root at spce:~# netstat -atn| grep 5060
root at spce:~# netstat -au| grep 5060
root at spce:~#
======

Any help is appreciated.

Regards
Jaime
