[Spce-user] rtpengine: is there a timeout for one-sided no RTP traffic?

Trying to understand timeouts here:

If I have one UA disappearing (no RTP packets, no graceful delete from
SIP proxy) but the other side still sending RTP, will rtpengine
timeout?

--silent-timeout: Ditto as the --timeout option, but applies to muted
or inactive media streams. Defaults to 3600 (one hour).

Does this apply to a UA who has crashed? (Say one side is still
sending RTP and thinks the call is up...but the other UA has
disappeared.)
