[Spce-user] Duplicate key error while inserting peering rule

Hi all,

I get this message when I want to create an extra peering rule:

MSG="Failed to create peering rule Duplicate entry '19-3' for key 
'rule_id_gw_id_idx' [for Statement "INSERT INTO 
`provisioning`.`voip_peer_rules` ....

I traced it back to one of the triggers that updates the kamailio table, 
so it seems the kamailio and provision tables are out of sync. Is there 
a way to fix this other then removing all gateways and start over?
