[Spce-user] 180 Ringing with SDP

Hi,
NGCP does not send any ring back tone, cause we do not generate them.
What your provider is telling you is not correct.
Sending back a 180 RInging means that the UAC should generate the ring 
tone locally.
There is no requirements in RFC saying that a Class 5 (or proxy) must 
generate a ring tone vie SDP.
NGCP forwards back to the caller what it receives from the callee.


This is a problem of your provider, not on NGCP.
